Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she changed her location to Dix Hills on Long Island just before she finished her senior year. Dina Meyer is the younger sibling of Gregory and also has an older brother named Evan. At the age of 9 till 16, she started working in the entertainment business by acting. Ron Stetson trained her in the methods of acting taught by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The process took approximately three years. Other actors to receive such education include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, and many others. Her first acting role came from Beverly Hills 90210. This required her moving out in Los Angeles. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic. She did all of the stunts in the movie, and it made her an accomplished athlete and actress. She was also represented by Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to get a regular part in the show Friends.
